A perfect 4 star hotel, central location, tastefully decorated interiors and rooms, with a generous breakfast, but what really makes the place stand out is the naturally friendly and professional staff, at the reception Elisabeth answered all my questions immediately and made me feel at home.:) I would recommend it to anyone who visits Saarbrücken and I will definitely return next year.:))) Thanks a lot once again!!

Good location and parking in the adjacent multi-storey car park. We had bikes on the back of our car and left them on in the car park for the 2 nights. Light bar meals are available at night, a choice of 6 dishes, which is good if you don't feel like another restaurant meal. The room was comfortable, a good size and clean.

Breakfast was full. I would like filter coffee but there wasn t plus these coffee machines that nowadays every hotel uses, are a bit poorly serviced - coffee is extremely hot you burn yourself .. otherwise everything good.

The team were excellent, good breakfast but one of the two coffee machines was turned off with the explanation that there were not enough people having breakfast to turn on the second machine; the next morning there were twice the number and the machine was still off! Eggs were often lukewarm, but these are minor, overall this was a great place to stay - the bowl of chili was outstanding! Can't say enough about the hotel staff, always helpful.

I had already heard good things about the hotel, that's why booked it. Will definitely recommend it. Staff was friendly, breakfast is nice and room are spacious and have all the amenities For cooling/heating you have option to control the temperature 21 +/-3 degrees, which I think is very efficient. From what I understood, if your room window is open, the control system will not give you the option to change temperature. [Good control of energy]

Breakfast was good. There were a variety of options for tea and the location was well lit, spacious and clean. The staff provided excellent service.

The Hotel Location was perfect within walking distance to the vibrant centre of Saarbrucken, the room was very modern and spacious. The breakfast was superb a wonderful choice that would suit everyone the staff were very helpful and told us of a great restaurant to go at night in the centre, overall would definitely stay there again. The garage was right next door with a lift directly into hotel

Staff were very friendly and always willing to help. As none of our group spoke German, the staff we always willing to try and speak English (which i know is ridiculous as we are in your country), which was greatly appreciated.
